THE MAILBOX IS LONELY

Last time we shared a link with everyone highlighting the webinar that we hosted with Ryan Smith with Launch Your Farm. We are taking some of those same principles that Ryan discussed and applying them to the Real Estate Distilled community.

Last month we asked everyone to submit their mailing address so we could send something fun to you in the mail. I’m happy to share that they are now in our hands and we are ready to start sending them. If you submitted your address, keep an eye on your mailbox over the next few weeks.

We even incentivized people to share their address by running a contest, which we going to extend and run again. I’m not going to lie, AI intimidates me. Even as someone who is mostly an early adopter, I have been slow to get on the AI train. This tool though is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Check it out at this link. I literally spent about 20 seconds and created my first song which was pretty awesome. Now if I could just figure out how to edit my profile and username

NOMINATE YOUR MENTOR

At Real Estate Distilled 2023 we announced the creation of the Cindy Frantz Hack Award -- For Recognition In Outstanding Mentorship in the real estate industry. This newly created recognition will be awarded annually at the Real Estate Distilled conference. We invite you to submit your mentor for consideration. This is the first phase of the submission process. We will reach out for a video call interview to find out more about the impact your nominated mentor had on your business and the industry. Entries must be submitted by December 15th, 2024.
