Though we have been quiet to our email list over the summer, we have been hard at work behind the scenes putting the pieces together for an amazing conference in 2024.

This will be our 6th event in 7 years and though many aspects get easier with the planning process, we are always challenging ourselves to offer something a little bigger, a little better, and a little bit more unique each year.

We are once again excited to invite the community to join us in Louisville, KY on February 27th, 28th and 29th.

EARLY BIRD TICKET SALES

Mark your calendar for October 18th at Noon Eastern Time. That is when we will turn on early bird ticket sales. As in year’s past, we will have a limited number of early bird tickets sales available and we will continue our tradition of doing early bird ticket sales prior to announcing our speakers. Hopefully by this point we have earned a reputation for bringing stellar speakers to the stage! If you are interested in bringing a group from your office, we will also have group sales information available this year. ARE YOU MEANT FOR THE STAGE?

We work on speaker curation nearly year round. We attend other events and regularly poll our community for opportunities. As agents working in the trenches ourselves, we also keep our eyes open for people sharing meaningful, relevant and actionable knowledge. Sometimes we talk to speakers years in advance and it is just about getting the timing correct. Our line up for 2024 is no different. We already have probably a third of our speaker slots confirmed and we have another 10% to 20% who we are still finalizing details with. That being said, we still have slots available. RED AT SEA

We are THRILLED to share that in addition to our signature conference, we are planning a mastermind at sea. Departing from Port Canaveral on June 15th, 2024 and hitting ports in Key West, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, and the Norwegian Cruise Line’s private Island, Great Stirrup Cay. The cruise offers two at sea days that will provide us with the opportunity to have a 4 hour mastermind during the at sea days. NOMINATE YOUR MENTOR

At Real Estate Distilled 2023 we announced the creation of the Cindy Frantz Hack Award -- For Recognition In Outstanding Mentorship in the real estate industry. This newly created recognition will be awarded annually at the Real Estate Distilled conference. We invite you to submit your mentor for consideration.
