Some of you will be traveling today to get into town tonight before we host our Independent Broker Forum tomorrow. Others will start traveling tomorrow for our first day of Real Estate Distilled on Wednesday, March 5th. Either way, the time is almost here!

We wanted to share some info and resources so you can squeeze the most value out of your time and experience with us.

Agenda
We will post an agenda to review along with speaker talks and descriptions so you can start planning your days. Keep in mind that for most of the day on Wednesday we have break out sessions going and there will be multiple sessions to pick from. So find a buddy to divide and conquer. Then compare notes.

Brand & Swag Table (Indy Broker Forum)
If you are attending the Independent Broker Forum do not forget to pack your branded swag and marketing materials to share with the group.

Weather and Layers
Bring layers. It appears from our forecast that we will have weather in the 40s and 50s most of the time, but it will be in the 30s at night. So bring layers and more than likely a jacket, especially for the evening.

Breakfast at Host Hotel
As a reminder, our host hotel includes breakfast each morning. We will not have breakfast at the conference venue, so grab a bite to eat and plan to catch the shuttle van from the host hotel to the conference venue no later than 8:45AM. We will send additional communication as we get closer to the day of with reminders and info on where to meet the shuttle van. Our programming for both days will begin around 9AM.

Poolside Yoga
One of my favorite parts of being one of your ENTHUSIASTIC HOSTS for Real Estate Distilled is seeing things evolve, grow, and sprout up organically. For instance, in 2024, a few of the attendees gathered around the pool for a morning yoga session.

I’m happy to share that this impromptu event will be returning! Patrick Keller will be leading yoga pool-side on the morning of March 6th at the host hotel.

Business Book Exchange
The annual Business Book Exchange, which has become fairly popular with our attendees, is a simple concept. You likely have a bookshelf full of books you have already read. Grab one or two to bring to the event. We will setup the books for display and then everyone who brings a book will have an opportunity to take a different book home with them.
